Whatever you are as professional .... are you feeling pleasure having endulge at work...? Every one has some special which make him distinct/unique from others.you should not ignore/leave this special areas because its the basic factor to enjoy life on your own way....
Think.. what your internal stength..is it with your favour when you work..? if yes then you are in right way and you are doing your work as passion ...& ultimate you will be succeed. On the other hand ... when you not enjoyed while doing work then... you need to analyse yourself... and that case you have to search some things which may your easy and more enjoyable. you must do your work with passion not only for being succedd but also for live meaningful life......

Honest Vs Success

Every man want to be Successeed & has stemina to achieve success . I am talking here about principles/doctrins of success person. its absuletely true that successeed person have labour hard but I would like to say that some of them have Comprimised with their moral values principles/doctrins and try to manage tunning for only own groath.
On the other hand, If you are honest having recognised his responsibility and have paid also in respective order. But you are not able to manage politics and tunning with your senior due to restraint of you principles/doctrins/moral values ...then success rate would be very low or remain constant as it before while others gets it.....
some of honest person having self esteem/moral values has Comprimised with own values which is unvalueable for him for survive and manage smooth life with his family...
So, Here Question arises, How to stey survive with self esteem/moral values and also being successed....??

I think ...everyone has its desire to be popular or give him a respect/blessing amongs person. But is it really happen???I think ...not at all.You are identified by your behaviour...attitude..nature...etc............Its fact..no doubt should be on it....whether you want to be...your mental status..varies it....your confidence varies it.Moreover...The most important thing is...Trust yourself..Be confident...powerful...highly motivated...go through own unique method, recognise ur own heart sound..not others...and then definetely...You will work like a magnet....by which everyone attracts towards your personality...I think So.
